    Tibalawon, Arteche, Eastern Samar on August 13, 2021 at Brgy. Tibalawon Session
    Hall.

    AN ORDINANCE SPONSORED BY HON. JOHNNY P. PADON, DULY


    SECONDED BY HON. PLACER P. CESISTA, PROHIBITING ANY
    PERSON/PERSONS TO DISPOSE THEIR SOLID WASTE ANYWHERE INSIDE THE
    JURISDICTION OF BARANGAY TIBALAWON. PEOPLE OF BRGY. TIBALAWON
    ARE REQUIRED TO PROPERLY SEGREGATE THEIR SOLID WASTE AND WITH A
    MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION OF TWENTY PESOS (PHP 20.00) FOR THE
    COLLECTION OF THEIR SOLID WASTE, EVERY HOUSEHOLD WITH SARI-SARI
    STORE AND TEN PESOS (PHP 10.00) WITHOUT SARI-SARI STORE.

    Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Barangay, Tibalawon, Arteche, Easters Samar, in


    sa session duly assembled that:

    Article I – it is hereby imposed that a Barangay Ordinance regarding the proper segregation
    and disposal of the solid waste within the jurisdiction of Barangay Tibalawon, Arteche,
    Eastern Samar.

    Article II – Definition of Terms


    a. Segregate – classification of solid waste
    b. Waste - dirty materials
    c. Disposal – a proper place where wastes are placed

    Article III – Penal Clause: Any person/persons caught violating this Brgy. Ordinance will be
    penalized:
    a. First Offense – Php 200.00 fine and will not be issued any barangay certificate until
    penalty is paid.
    b. Second Offense – Php 300.00 fine and will not be issued any barangay certificate
    until penalty is paid.
    c. Third Offense – Php 500.00 fine and will not be issued any barangay certificate until
    penalty is paid.

    Article IV - Repealing Clause: Any existing ordinance contradictory to this ordinance shall
    be immediately amended and repealed.

    Article V - Effectivity Clause: This ordinance shall take effect immediately.

    APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13 th day of August 2021 at Barangay Tibalawon, Municipality
    of Arteche, Eastern Samar.
