BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 02, S-2023

“RESOLUTION CONFIRMING/CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF CRESTAL C.


DEMECILLO AS BARANGAY TREASURER OF BARANGAY LAPINIG, KAPATAGAN,
LANAO DEL NORTE.”

WHEREAS, 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections created a new set of
Barangay Officials including the appointive officials such as Barangay Treasurer to complete the
mandatory positions in the barangay government;

WHEREAS, appointment of Barangay Treasurer presented to the august body that met the
qualifications of such positions;

NOW THEREFORE, after presentation and due deliberation of the appointment of Barangay
Treasurer, Barangay Kagawad Eljie Uriel Q. Durano moved for the concurrence of appointment
and duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad Jose B. Cayud-ong and supported by all members
presented it was;

IT IS RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to confirm/concur the appointment of the


Barangay Treasurer and entitling her to all benefits and privileges as provided by law and
ordinances;

RESOLVED FURTHER to submit and forward this resolution to the concerned offices/agencies
to support the needed information.

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED, November 15, 2023.
