Draw Context diagram (Level 0 DFD) and Level 1 DFD for University Admission
Management System?

➢ Level 0 Data Flow Diagram:

Context Data Flow Diagram that is drawn for a University Admission Management System. It
contains a process that represents the system to model, in this case, the " University Admission
Management System ". It also shows the external entities. Database, Student, Administration,
Bank, Departments and Admission Portal are the entities who will interact with the system. In
between the process and the external entities, there are data flow (connectors) that indicate the
existence of information exchange between the entities and the system.
➢ Level 1 Data Flow Diagram:

The University Admission Management System Level 1 Data Flow Diagram example contains

• One processes,

• Six external entities and two data stores.
