1 Is the meter a class III meter
2 Assure the calibration is up to date
3 Inspect all tools to insure they are not altered from
their original state no damage to the case, display
etc.

4 Ensure all tools are clean and free of grease and


dirt. Clean all tools if needed
5 Inspect the condition of the leads
6 Are the connection of the leads to the meter tight
7 Do the tips show any damage or wear
8 Inspect the lead insulation for damage, wear, cuts
etc.
