Requirements
● Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
● Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
● Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
● Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment
received
● Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
● Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate
property deals
● Advertising in different Social Media, Real Estate Exhibitions, Referrals act
● Lead generation from the above activities and converting them into sales
● Act as Customer Relation bridge to resolve their Queries, doubts, in coordination with Project
Manager & Coordinating team.
● Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming premium residential project
at Bangalore.
● Carrying out pre sales and post sales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of
projected sales targets.
● Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
● Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and
budgets.
● To handhold the customer through the pre-sales post sales process till possession.
● Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.

● Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
● Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer
requirements and suggesting the right project to the Customers.
● Explaining the project details.
● Understand the Customer requirements. And Fix them for site visit.
● Handling inbound and outbound calls.
● Day-to-day interactions with the Customers to share project-specific details.
● Responsible for handling all customer inquiries.
● Follow up with clients for Site visits & Revisits.
● Coordination with the sales team for lead reallocations and site visits.
● Follow up with customers to further the closure process.
● Follow up with incoming leads.
● Coordination with sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion
● Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a
timely basis.
● Fixing appointments for the sales team.
