Since members of the group are encouraged to speak their minds and contribute their perspectives,
democratic leadership may result in improved ideas and more original approaches to resolving
problems. Additionally, members of a group are more committed in and dedicated to the projects
being pursued, which makes them more likely to care about the results. According to studies on
different types of leadership, democratic leadership is associated with increased levels of productivity
among group members.

To All of the Workers at King Edward VI College
We have been working hard to improve innovative practises at our institution, and
you should do the same with some aspects of your work as well.
To achieve success in ovation, one needs the appropriate infrastructure and
resources.
Therefore, training and cooperation should be done in the near future in order to
assist workers in better understanding of inovation.
In addition, the school will place an emphasis on a variety of approaches for
creative thinking, such as mind mapping and brainstorming.

Your capacity for innovative thinking, which might be helpful to the business in its
expansion, will improve as a result of participating in this process.
I would want to provide you with some information on the in ovative tools that will
be used throughout our in ovation practise.
The innovation management software known as Inno360 is specifically designed
to scour the internet for potential business prospects and ideas that might
lead to disruptive innovation inside an organisation. Although this approach
is innovative in that it makes use of the internet to produce fresh ideas that
may potentially disrupt an industry, the platform is not designed to support
significant internal innovation in terms of its usability. I have high hopes that
every member of the team will get comfortable with the many software tools
that pertain to innovation in our business.
