All the Departments of Secretariat, Heads of Departments and District
Offices are informed that in the G.O. cited, it has been ordered that the Attendance by Photography (Facial Recognition Based Attendance System) shall be implemented to the employees working in the offices of Secretariat Departments, Heads of Departments and District Offices w.e.f. 01-01-2023. 2. In this regard it is informed that the ITE&C Department have developed the Mobile Application through APCFSS by name “APFRS” APP is available in live at “APCFSS Enterprise Appstore / https://appstore.herb.apcfss.in/” along with user manual for DDO and Staff (employees) for the users of both IOS and Android for installation. The APP may also be downloaded from Google Play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps). 3. The above details of Mobile Application (i.e.,APFRS) are communicated herewith to all Departments of Secretariat, HoDs and District Ofcers enabling them to download the APP, enroll themselves, and start making attendance by photography through APFRS App from 2 nd January, 2023.
