    # Description

    1 Annual stock take is scheduled to be held on 19th December 2020 from 8.15am and the team members are requested to be at Warehouse
    (RM)/Dye House/Spare parts stores & production on time - All members who are in the schedule.

    2 Last number of the material transaction documents to be recorded as at 18th December 2020 end of the day. Pls use the format given in the
    next work sheet.- Fauzan

    3 Numbered/signed stock take sheet, stickers & work sheet will be provided. - Fauzan

    4 Register to be maintained when collecting and returning stock sheets after the final count. Fauzan

    5 Working sheets must have the details of the finally arrived figure clearly.- Assigned Staff member

    6 Team members or Staff members are requested to paste stickers with date on the container of the item once counted (Please strictly use
    printed sticker given) - Assigned Staff member

    7 Physical stock balance to be verified with SAP stock on going basis and any major deviation to be brought to attention immediately.- Assigned
    Staff member

    8 There will be a definite deviation on some of items due to an adopted measuring method & different manufacturing batches. Pls contact
    Fauzan for any clarification. - Assigned Staff member

    9 All team members are responsible for the counted stock & should signed & certify the stock balances before handing overt to
    Lasantha/Fauzan - Assigned Staff members and all team members.
