Why Uk?

One of the first things that comes to mind is the quality of education. The fact
that the UK is home to 89 of the 1300 institutions in the world, according to
QS World University Ranking 2023, can be used to evaluate the quality of
education in the country. The Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) is an independent
body in the UK that regularly assesses the education standards of all universities
and colleges in the country.

The UK is a multicultural country and also immensely popular with

international students. Infact, the Uk is the second most popular destination
for overseas students in the world. Their standards are highly regarded, with
experts on many academic topics, and they're generally high in internationally
university rankings

The other thing that attracts me to study in UK is that the length of courses are
shorter when compared to other international countries. Moreover, more
focus is done towards the practical knowledge as compared to theoretical
with helps the students in their career building. Degrees from UK are
respected all around the world, and also provide students the choice of
subjects while other countries are rigid in their respective subjects while
choosing a degree.

One of the most significant advantages of studying in the UK is that foreign

students can benefit from the outstanding healthcare and insurance offered by
the NHS (National Health Services). While studying in the UK, international
students are entitled to free medical care.

Why not home country?

There are numerous of reasons behind my perspective that why I do not

proceed my study in my own home country India . Firstly 90% of education in
India is based on theory therefore it has less scope of practical things as a
result it will be difficult for me to work in any reputed company .

UK also include its top-notch educational systems, abundant career

opportunities, high standard of living.this country also include its top-notch
educational systems, abundant career opportunities, high standard of living.
The UK has students that come from all over the world - in 2019, there
were 486,645 international students studying in the UK. More than 30,000
Indian students were granted their Tier 4 visa in the year ending 2019, with
more than 270,000 Indian students enjoying the UK in the last decade. So, not
only are there many cultures to experience and a lot of British history to
enjoy, the UK also has a very large Indian population

Why not any other country?

Ihave gone through the research about other countries like Canada, Australia
and United States. Then I came across that the living and health care costs are
reasonable in UK as compare to Canada i complete my course in short time
and more intensive way which means I will graduate sooner. The average
living expenses in Australia is INR 6.37 lakhs and in UK it is INR 5.02 lakhs.

As a result, I believe that the UK is a great place to study because it offers

shorter course lengths that enable me to save time and money. Uk has
continuously fared well in terms of providing top academic standards
together with practical experience.

Moreover,Australia and Canada are better known for IT courses and UK is

famous for management courses.

the choice of subjects and shorter course period is also an important factor

which is not available in any other country.

Will you take any internship?

NO I am not looking for internship.

No.
Have you ever had a visa application refused? IF YES WHY ?

No.
If you have to support your family member are they depending on you ?

No I have no commitments, my father will take care of my family and study is

my priority.
Do you have any connection in UK such as family or friends?

No

How are you assessed at university?

You are usually assessed through exams and assignments, individual pieces of
work you are asked to do. They can be an essay, a lab report, group work, an
oral presentation, a video, a set of worked problems, a journal article, a piece
of computer code, a seminar contribution, a poster, an examination.
The course could be assessed in a variety of ways including unseen written
exams, coursework, online activities. Some courses will require you to
complete a dissertation or project report

What are the problems that you will have to face in UK?

No wonder my life is not going to be easy in UK but I am pretty sure that it is

not going to be as tough, as it will be my first time to an international country
without my family and friends. I will feel face home-sickness because I have
never stayed apart from my family for a very long time. Other than this I
would say I will not face any particular difficulty as all the new things will
excite me more to accomplish my goal and succeed in future. All these mixed
emotions of nervousness, excitement, home-sickness is going to cling around
me until I finish my studies. However, I would say that experiencing new
things is what life is all about. Hence I am looking forward to start my studies
in UK.
