Unconditional Offer

Academic Conditions:

There are no academic conditions relating to this offer

An advance payment of 5000 GBP towards tuition fees is required for all self-funding
students. You can arrange payment securely via flywire (in any currency) and track your
payment until it reaches the University. Please arrange for this payment to be received prior to
25 June 2023 in order to confirm your place and arrange for a CAS to be issued. This is the
latest date that we can accept a payment for September 2023 entry, however this date may be
subject to change. Alternatively, if you are a sponsored student we will require an acceptable
letter of sponsorship in place of the advance payment. Please ensure you avoid Tuition Fee
Scams by only paying via our approved methods.

For more detailed information about this course, including structure, modules and any
professional body accreditation, please see the course web page.

Pre-Contract Information
You will have received information about the University, including its facilities and its policies
and procedures, and about the Programme of study you have applied for before and during
the application process. This might be in the form of our website, a hard copy prospectus or
Programme guide, or might be information passed to you at an Open Day. We make every
effort to ensure that information provided to you prior to you receiving your offer is fair and
accurate at the time of publication. However, it is prepared well in advance of the academic
session to which it applies and therefore this information is issued for the general guidance of
students looking to study at the University of Bradford rather than being definitive. Paragraphs
22-27 inclusive of the Student Contract referred to below explains why we might make
changes and what we will do to inform you of those changes. Paragraphs 65-68 inclusive
explains how the University collects and processes your personal data and where this
information is shared.

The Student Contract

When you accept an offer of a place on a University of Bradford programme (either by
accepting us via UCAS as your firm or insurance choice or by confirming directly with the
University) you are entering into a contractual relationship with us. It is important that you
understand the nature of this contractual relationship and what you are agreeing to by
entering into it.

The University has a set of terms and conditions for all students accepting an offer to study on
a course here at Bradford. This is called The Student Contract.

This contract, and supporting appendices, set out the terms and conditions which apply when
you accept an offer of a place on a programme of study at the University of Bradford.

These terms and conditions represent an agreement between you, our student, and the
University.

If you have any questions or concerns about our terms and conditions, you can contact us by
