BW and data in MicroStrategy reports via incident resolution. Weekend on call
support for issues requiring urgent resolution.

 Extensively worked on data applications in wholesale domain.

 Monitoring the Daily, Monthly, Quarterly BW loads using process chains and
ensuring the availability of data to users without breaching SLA.

 Modify the mappings in transformations and do the necessary changes in

 Incident resolution within SLA for data quality issues.

 Interact with business users for better understanding of issue functionally


and proving updates of resolution.

 Experience with Analysis Process Designer (APD).

 Experience of working on reporting tool like MicroStrategy and resolving all


the discrepancies of data in report.

 Knowledge of ABAP and experience with Include programs.

 Ensure data availability for applications and data load failure fixes.

 Provided knowledge training to new resources in the team.

 Experience of shadowing in maintenance or upgradation activities of


Production system in SAP BW and performing the sanity checks after the
upgradation of system.

 Data issue analysis in MicroStrategy reports, Hana views and backend BI


data.
