- During conduct of surveillance, the time where the team will check all illegal
activities happenings. At the same time, taking pictures and performing proper
documentation must be filled as bases for the application of a search warrant.

Province. In the said operation, you acted as a poseur buyer with 300 pesos as your
marked money to buy shabu from one Edgar Cruz, a drug pusher. After the transactions
was consummated, PO2 Kevin Bulayungan, police back up effected the arrest of the said
drug pusher you have given the pre-arranged signal. PO2 Balayungan then informed Cruz
his constitutional rights and he was frisked, after which several pieces of aluminum foil
and a lighter were obtained from his right pocket, along with a plastic sachet of shabu on
his left pocket.
Given the above-mentioned circumstances, what are the documentary

requirements you need to prepare in the Police Station prior to, during, and
after the conduct of the anti-illegal drugs operations.
Answer: Based on what I’ve understand, the following below was the requirements for the
above mentioned circumstances.

ACTIVITY 4: Make a Slogan or poster on Anti-Smoking Campaign and discuss it.

This slogan wants to show how smoking can blind you with satisfaction, temporary
happiness without even noticing that you’re slowly depleting. This is a reminder that the
thing that can ruin or hurt you is something that you don't think will destroy you until you
feel it.

Answer: Procedures in conducting on an anti- illegal operation has four
procedures. It composed of (1) Surveillance of the Anti-Illegal Gambling
Operation, (2) Serving of the Search Warrant, (3) Preparing the
Documents in the Police Station and (4) Returning the Search Warrant
and Filing of the Case in the Prosecutors Office. These four procedures play
different role that is very vital when it comes on suppressing illegal activities
especially gambling. Just like what I’ve said earlier on the above activity,
“surveillance of the anti-illegal gambling operation’s” role was during conduct of
surveillance, it is also the time where the team will check all illegal activities
happenings. At the same time, taking pictures and performing proper
documentation must be filled as bases for the application of a search warrant. Next
is “serving the search warrant” in which the team handling the case should be in
proper uniform with an identified vehicle while serving the search warrant. By then

Warrant and filing of the case in the prosecutor’s office” in this procedure the
evidence and documents are then presented in the office of the Honorable Judge.
If the judge finds merit in the warrant, the said case will be endorsed to the
prosecutor’s office and shall be filed as a criminal case.
2. Describe how ordinances on smoking, alcohol use, and drunk driving

are implemented. (10 points)
Answer: When it comes to the implementation of ordinances on smoking ordinance it is
implemented with the cooperation of related agencies, such as Philippine National Police,
The Local Government Units (City and Municipal Mayors and Provincial Governors of
their respective areas), and the Metro Manila Development Administration. The chances
of second-hand smoke for non-smokers are minimized by virtue of land transportation
Ordinance No. 2009-036, which prohibits smoking on public utility vehicles and public
transportation terminals. While in alcohol use, liquor Ban existed. According to what
written in the module, the liquor Ban is strongly implemented the following occasions:
1. Minors aged 18 years old and below are not allowed to buy alcoholic drinks in
convenient stores and supermarkets.
2. Drinking of alcoholic drinks is strictly prohibited in all government offices during
office hours.
3. Alcoholic drinks cannot be sold a full 24 hours before and after the Local and
National Elections (Omnibus Election Code).
When it comes to drunk driving, the penalty for vehicular accidents resulting in damaged
property and lost lives (legally known as “reckless imprudence resulting to damage
property” or reckless imprudence resulting to homicide”) is elevated to the maximum
penalty due to drunk driving.
