Good day!
We are currently undergraduate students at Central Mindanao University and taking Bachelor of Arts
in History, and we are presently taking Purposive Communication as a general education course. The
said subject requires us to conduct an informational interview in relation to the field of History. We are
formally requesting your permission and consent for a survey.
Furthermore, we believe that you can provide us greater insight about the field, particularly your
insights about the History of the Philippines. Your insights and opinions will be beneficial and very
valuable to us. For your convenience, the survey will only take 10-20 minutes.
Moreover, we would like to notify you that we are required to save a copy of your personal answers,
we may take a screenshot or a picture of it. Such paraphernalia will serve as proof for the interview
occurred and will be submitted to our professor.

RESEARCH TITLE: HOW PINAPPLE BECOME A REAL SOURCE OF
INCOME FOR THE PHILIPPINES
1. How did the Pineapple helped Filipinos in their daily lives?
The pineapple helps the Filipino to sustain or to support their daily needs everyday. It is one of their
livelihood that also help them to support the financial needs of their children who are studying. In short
its their source of income.
2. As a source of income, do you think that the farmers who work in the field are satisfied with their
salary?
For me it depends on their harvest like if their harvest wasn’t reach to their expectation, or if their efforts is
too much and than the harvest. And to this situation I can say that they aren’t satisfied of their salary.
3. How important is the Pineapple in the Philippine’s economy?

Since the Philippines ranks second in the world next to Costa Rica I can say that Pineapple helps the
economy to grow since the Pineapple product deliver not her in the national but also international.
4. What is the importance of pineapple development in the Philippines?

Pineapple development has the huge impact to our country because it is one of the reason why our economic
growth.
5. What is the relevance of the Pineapple in the economic history of the Philippines?
It helps the industry and the economic history to become steady
