heaters, Pressurization system).
 Maintenance of HVAC systems like (Chillers, Package units, Condensing units,
AHU’s FCU’s, Split units& Refrigerators.)
 Maintenance of LV Panels, Distribution boards & Diesel Generator.
 Maintenance of Data center.
 Maintenance of parking management systems, gate barrier’s & speed gates.
 Validation of isolated rooms in hospital, like isolated patient rooms, operation
theatre, CSSD rooms, etc.
 Maintenance of Medical gas, medical vacuum plant & Medical Refrigerators.
 Preparing Ducting & piping modification drawings
 Material management and inventory control.
 Ensuring availability of spare parts.
 check the quality and quantity of work performed;
 Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various
systems, and quality controls.

 Performs procurement activities (PR, PO Evaluation).
 Overseeing external contractors to maintain, improve, and modify existing building

As a HVAC Site Engineer


 Understanding the Drawings and planning with PA’s, to complete the
execution activities within Time.
 Responsible for Installation of Equipment such as Chillers, VRF units, Air
Handling Units, Pumps, Ventilation Fans, Blowers, Valves, cassette units and
other accessories.
 Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Child water pipes, fittings,
accessories are available and approved by Inspection department prior to
installation
 Was responsible in managing schedules, tracking and sending daily updates
to the customer.
 Providing inputs to Design team for HVAC shop drawing preparations and
coordinating with other services for clash free MEP drawings.
 To maintain safe all construction HVAC activities are carried out in
accordance with the Company’s safety policies and procedures.
