    An air craft in addition to general rules is to follow VFR or IFR rules of the
    air. Write down IFR rules applicable to all flights within and outside the
    controlled air space.

    IFR flights

    IFR flights permit the aircraft to operate in the instrumented flight regions, which Is essential in
    any kind of weather condition but less than VMC.

    IFR flight rules

    Equipments

    Aircraft shall be equipped with the suitable equipments for communication and navigation which
    is appropriate for the route in which the aircraft is being flown.

    Minimum level

    Except necessary the IFR flight shall not be flown at a level which is not below the minimum
    flight altitude established by the state of authority and minimum flight altitudes. And the
    minimum flights levels are

    Over high terrain or in mountain areas at level of 600m or 2000ft above the highest obstacles
    within the 8km of the estimated position.

    At a level which is at 300m or 1000ft above the highest obstacles located within the 8 km of
    estimated position.

    Change of IFR to VFR

    If the proper flight plan is being submitted than notify the appropriate authority about the
    cancelation of the flight plan and the changing in the flight plans.

    When an aircraft is operating under the instrumented flight rules it is flown it encounters the
    visual meteorological condition it shall not cancelled its IFR unless it is anticipated or intended
    than the flight shall be continued for a reasonable period of time.

    Rules within a controlled area

    IFR flight shall be flown at a cursing level or if authorized to employ cursing climb between two
    level or above a level which is selected from appendix 3

    Cruising level

    A flight operating at the cursing flight outside the controlled airspace shall be flown at the
    appropriate cruising level. A table of cruising level of appendix 3, otherwise specified by the
    appropriate ATS at flight level 900m or 3000ft at mean sea level.

    A modified table of cruising level when so prescribed in accordance with the appendix at flight
    level 140.

    Communication

    An IFR flight operating outside the controlled airspace but within or into the sea routes are
    designed and shall maintain air ground voice communication channel and established two way
    communications.

    Position report

    Flight operating outside the controlled airspace requires submitting a flight plan, maintain a air
    ground communication to watch an appropriate communication channel.
