PRELIMINARIES: (SMEA Conference)

Good Afternoon everyone! To our respected guests, teachers, students and participants, good
afternoon. Thank you so much for taking some time off your busy schedule to join us here today.

Welcome to the Presentation of School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment of the


___________for the school year 2022-2023, 2nd Quarter.

We are here this afternoon for the Quarterly SMEA which enables the school to immediately
address issues and concerns before it emerges and to continuously develop and improve
organizational performance for efficient and effective fulfillment of the division mandate and
delivery of education services to achieve the desired output and sustainability of Education
outcomes.

PRAYER AND NATIONALISTIC SONG:


So, without taking much of your time may I request everyone to please stand up for the
prayer, followed by the singing of the Nationalistic song.

WELCOME REMARKS:
Now with much honor, I would like to give the floor to our ever-dearest School Head-
Mr. )))))))))))))), to formally welcome, us all. A big hand, please.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PARTIPANTS:
At this point, please help me welcome _______________ , dedicated teacher, our very own,

Tailing next is the highlight of today’s gathering. The Presentation of Second Quarter SMEA
to be presented by Subject Coordinators.

Once again, please join me in welcoming, __________ for the presentation of Enrollment
Data .

Thank you so much, for wonderfully presenting the gathered data for this 2 nd Quarter, Sir.

Now, for the next part of the program let me call, our benevolent School Guidance
Counselor, _________ , to present her report on Drop-out and LARDO.

To continue, we have our very own, charming Science teacher, ________ to present her
report on Nutritional Status.

Moving on with the presentation of reports per subject, starting with English Subject to be
presented by our Efficient and Effective English Coordinator, ____

Thank you so much coordinators for your comprehensive presentation.

At this juncture, let us move forward by acknowledging the FEEDBACKS and


RECOMMENDATIONS to be discussed by our supportive and hands-on school head,

Thank you so much Mr. Caborog for your unyielding support for the betterment of our
school.

As we are about to end this conference, may I call _______- our General PTA President and
______- our SSG President for their message of support. A big hand, please.

Thank you so much for those heartwarming messages. As we polish off today’s conference,
let us take a moment to pause for a prayer and remember that we are in the Most Holy Presence of
an Almighty Being, as we say, In the name of the father…Amen.
