Team member in Operator Training System (OTS) Simulation Project for MTBE Sdn Bhd.
 Developed Process Flow Diagram based on Process & Instruments Diagram marked up by client.

 Developed a few process design by using SIMPACK dynamic process software and compared with
HYSYS data.

Lab Practical Trainee
Finish my industrial training program at FPG Oleochemicals Sdn. Bhd. for period of 5 month. During this
training:
 Experience how to schedule works and task that relates to chemicals lab and other department
such as operation and waste water treatment.
 Get some sample points for alcohol and ester, utility water and waste water from some location
at main plan and do the daily chemical test to get analysis data such COD, TSS, fat, oil and grease
etc. Also learn to use chemical lab equipment such as GC, UV Spectrometer.
 Responsible to retain the daily test sample at retain building for represents the products that
have shipped to customers and may be used to re-test.
 Developed Inventory Data and Analysis Cost System of chemical lab using Microsoft Excel with
VBA and macro to replace the manual data record in log book.

The task given is to change the product that is produce by PETRONAS MTBE in Gebeng while using the
same process equipment. The challenge in this project is to keep the change of process equipment as
minimal as possible.
