Observation Checklist/Chart:

Day/Date Time Observation

February 22, 2022 9:00 am - 11:00 am Young men congregating during work
hours at a local shop, drinking and
smoking while listening to explicit
music.

February 24, 2022 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Youths playing football while females
and other young men sat on the
sidelines gambling, drinking and
smoking. Music was playing and
teenage girls were seen dancing to the
songs.

February 26, 2022 9:30 pm - 11:30 pm A big party was being kept (known as
a Round Robin). Explicit music was
blasting all around. A lot of men with
bikes were performing, young ladies
were dancing on other men in the party
and drinking, smoking and gambling
played a big role in this event.

January 22, 2022 2:00-3:00pm Residents (male and female) had a disagreement
and started arguing. Using foul and obscene
language at their front gates.

January 24, 2022 1:00-2:00pm Men were seen playing football on the community
netball court. While residents (male and female)
watched.

January 25, 2022 6:00-8:00pm Residents were seen smoking marijuana, drinking
alcohol and playing loud dancehall music on the
roadside.
