ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
S/Y 2021-2022
Enrolment period for school year 2021-2022 at New Anglo Fil-Chinese School
Foundation, Inc. was conducted on July 12-31, 2021. The teachers conducted the Brigada
Eskwela on July 19-22, 2021. They cleaned the surroundings of the school. The teachers
conference was conducted on July 26, 2021. The agenda were: Tentative Calendar of
‘Activities, Class Program for Grades I to VI, Preparation of Weekly Home Learning Plans,
Printing of Modules and Enrolment Data. There were four teachers who applied for
teaching positions but they were nét accepted for there were only thirty eight pupils
enrolled in school. The teachers in school for school year 2021-2022 were as follows:
Grade I and II-Mr. Ben Dylan Nogot, Grades III and IV-Mr. Noriel Claveria, Grade V ,
‘Computer Teacher and Registrar- Mrs. Cyrell Rosie Asedillo, Grade VI, School Cashier-
Mr. Danilo Miradora. On August 5, 2021, the teachers decided to repaint the school. They
sent solicitation letters through Mrs. Angelica Nino, an active parent of the school. On
‘August 9, 2021, Catherine Lee Lin, a PTCA member, donated 4 liters of Rain or Shine
Royal Blue Paint for the school. On August 11, 2021, Edelson Marfil, a businessman,
donated I gallon Prime Coat White Paint, 3 liters Boysen Paints (blue. yellow and red). Joy
Garcia donated Php200.00 for the snacks of the teachers. Mr. Albert Cu, Board of Trustees
Treasurer, sent 4 bottles paint thinner, | paint roller and 6 paint brushes on August 11,
2021. The teachers started painting the school on August 11-13, 2021. On August 17,
2021, Ivy Cecile Bitarra donated | liter Davies SR-101 Terra Cotta Paint. Mrs. Angelica
‘Nino personally solicited the above-mentioned painting materials.
‘There was an election of the General PTCA officers on September 18 , 2021.
‘The president was Mrs. Angelica Nino, Vice-President-Catherine Lim;Secretary- Christy
Decendio; Treasurer-Rosalie Alvarez- Auditor-Christopher Ubod:P. O.- Loreta Duro;
Business Managers- Mrs. Cyrell Rosie Asedillo, Mrs. Gretchen Merin, Mrs. Marites Borja,
anMfrs. Marisa Bonaagua. They had their rabus on October 23 , 2021. They decided to
remove the shadehouse which was already destroyed. ‘They were active in school
especially in receiving and returning the modules of their children to their teachers.
‘Mrs. Sabina Lee, former principal and Chinese teacher of NAFCSFI for 30 years,
visited the school on January 27-28, 2022. She dreamed about the school and paid laborers
to clean the school surroundings for two days. She also donated a big flower vase for the
‘school office.On February 8, 2022, President Angelica Nino hired a laborer to continue cleaning
the school, trimmed the leaves of the acacia tree and cut down trees in school. Mr. Ruben
Pesigan and Mrs. Loreta Duro, parents in school, donated snacks for the laborer.On
February 9, 2022, the teachers in school and the PTCA president painted the benches in
school and PTCA Officers Marker near the school gate. The PTCA members donated an
additional Handwashing Facilities in school on June 2, 2022.
‘The private school heads of Libmanan North District had a special meeting with
Honorable Mayor Bernard Brioso at the municipal office . The agenda were:
Representation of the Private Schools in the Local Schoo! Board, Updated Directories of
private schools in Libmanan, Initial Program and Plan of Action, and Documents on
Limited Face to Face Classes for school year 2022-2023 to be submitted at the DepEd
office.
Former Anglo teachers, Mr. Christian Catimbang, Mr. Christian de Castro and Miss
Donabel Nalimutan donated paints for the school on March 31, 2022. The teachers had a
meeting on April 26, 2022 to plan the date and issues for the graduation rites.
‘The Private School Heads of Camarines Sur had a MANCOM Meeting on May 19,
2022 at Aljosh Café, Naga City. DepEd updates were discussed. On May 13, 2022, Mrs.
Cyrell Rosie Asedillo had a mural arts painting with her MAPEH V1 pupils at the wall of
the schoo! building. On May 23-24, the partition of the school buildings and the roofs of
the Kindergarten Room were repaired by a laborer paid by the school through Mr. Albert
Cu.
‘The Memorandum of Agreement with the Barangay Council and PTCA Resolution
‘No.2: A Resolution Requesting the MDRRMO and LGU to permit New Anglo Fil-
Chinese Schoo! Foundation, Inc. to Conduct the Face-to-Face Graduation/Recognition
Ceremony, dated May 20, 2022 were filed at the MDRRMO and LGU offices. The
approval was received by the school on June 2, 2022.
The letter asking for Permit to Implement the Face to Face Classes in school for
school year 2022-2023 was received by the LGU and MDRRMO on June 2, 2022. The
school was inspected by the MDRRMO Inspection Officers on June 15, 2022. They
inspected the school facilities and the school records to verify the application documents
for the Limited Face to Face Classes for school year 2022-2023. The teachers were
conferred and interviewed by Mr. Arvin Penaflor for the things that must be in the
classroom and the other requirements for the Face-to-Face Classes.
‘The Permit to Operate for the Limited Face to Face Classes for the school year 2022-
2023 from the MDRRMO and the Recommendation from the Mayor's Office was
received by the school on June 21, 2022. So the complete Documents for the Limited
Face to Face Classes was submitted to the Division Office on June 27, 2022.
‘Three footscrapers were received by the school from Mr. Albert Cu on June 23, 2022
and one thermal scanner on June 30, 2022.
