    - A normal pulse rate after a period of rest is between 60 and 80 beats per minute (bpm). It
    is faster in children. However, if tachycardia is defined as a pulse rate more than 100 bpm
    and bradycardia is less than 60 bpm then between 60 and 100 bpm must be seen as
    normal.

    Please consider this letter as my intention to apply for a teaching position at your established

    institution. A friend told me that you are looking for Elementary teachers for the opening of the

    2026-2027 school year. Because of my qualifications, I believe I am qualified to teach in your

    school.

    I graduated with honors in October 2026 from the University of Pagadian with a bachelor's

    degree in Elementary Education and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers.

    Although I have no teaching experience yet, I believe that I am ready to take on the

    responsibilities of a teacher because I have equipped myself with the skills and learnings that I

    have gained from the series of lectures that I attended in graduate school and in various seminars

    and trainings that I attended before.

    I chose to submit my application to your institution because my colleagues told me that you

    provide a wonderful opportunity to your teachers to hone their skills and improve themselves by

    participating in various workshops and professional development training in and out of school. I

    also did a little research about schools here in Pagadian and your school seems to be the best in

    most aspects. I believe that choosing what is best can bring out the best in people like me who

    want to keep improving.

    I hope you will give me an opportunity to have my first teaching experience in your renowned

    school.

    Please take this letter as my application for a post as a teacher at your reputable college. I found

    out via a friend that you are searching for Primary teachers to start the 2026–2027 academic

    year. I think I am competent to teach in your school based on my credentials.

    I earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education with honors from the University of

    Pagadian in October 2026, and I also passed the teacher licensure exam.

    Even though I do not yet have teaching experience, I think that I am prepared to assume the

    duties of a teacher since I have prepared myself with the knowledge and abilities, I have acquired

    from the lectures I have attended in graduate school and in other Seminars and trainings that I

    have already attended.

    I opted to apply to your institution because my colleagues informed me that you give your

    teachers a fantastic opportunity to refine their abilities and better themselves by participating in

    numerous seminars and professional development training both in and out of school. I also

    conducted some research on schools in Pagadian, and your school appears to be the greatest in

    most ways. I feel that doing what is great may bring out the best in those like me who strive to

    improve.

    I hope you will allow me to gain my first teaching experience at your prestigious institution.
