How would you integrate project delivery into your company profile?
The company will start a mid-tier company that will be renting a commercial building space wherein clients
can come to our company to plan the building project, that is if our company wins the bidding. The company will
serve project designs and plans including interior designs, designed by a professional interior designer.
The chosen project delivery method of our company is design-bid-build process wherein our appointed
contractor would bid for projects that our company would be accepting. The company consist of architects and
engineers with interior designer for a whole scale planned out project that is planned by only one company. The
benefit of our company is that our company offers almost all plans and designs and this would save costumers
money in the long run.
