A. PROCEEDINGS
Schedule of class was explained to parents. Classes of students begins at 10:15 AM to 6:45 PM.
SPA logo must be visible in the uniform and necktie of the students.
There is no yet official P.E uniform, thus, they need to bring white t-shirt and any color of
jogging pants during class in P.E.
Type C Uniform is required to every student. This will be used during their activities inside and
outside of the school. They will pay 500 pesos for the Type C uniform.
Parents are encouraged to shoulder all expenses with regard to the costume, instruments,
materials and equipment in their specialization of the students.
Monthly fee will be 10.00 pesos per student per month. This will be use for the payment of the
utility.
Election of Homeroom PTA was conducted.
All parents agreed to have a Homeroom project which is to buy Television to be used and
installed inside the room. Each parent will contribute 400.00 to buy 40 inches Television. The
deadline of the payment will be at the end of the month of August.
Parents are encouraged to pay for the RFID of their child which will cost 250.00
The meeting was adjourned at 5:05 pm.
