    Concept Learning is fundamentally based on the idea of a connection between


    people. The idea of a jigsaw puzzle was taken into consideration which
    embodies the concepts of communal bond, the bayanihan, through
    concepts of connectivity. The form fulfills the users' needs because it
    encourages more significant connections as the first stage in learning,
    in addition to offering learning resources. This takes into account how
    the spaces could meet the users' basic demands in a modernized
    approach with the aid of technology. The function of the building must
    be applicable to all sorts of personalities including the profession that
    they are practicing. The space must include areas that do not constrict
    the building for reading only, instead allow it to be more adventurous
    and lean towards visual learning and research. Since the library
    encourages this kind of learning and since learning in quiet is not the
    sole strategy that works for all learners, spaces that support loud
    learning are crucial.
