NO SHARE NO
JUDGMENT STORIES ADVICE
A Deep Dive is a chance to share an opportunity, issue or challenge with a small group of close peers who are willing to share their
own experiences in a safe, non-judgmental way in order to give you clarity on how to move forward.
I have yet to confront her. I am afraid of the impact in my organization. I don’t know how to share this challenge with my team. I feel
so stupid. Why has this betrayal frozen me?
Is there a question you would ask to find your most resonant experience?
