    1. Glass shall not be used in the facility or if used should be laminated to avoid
    contamination.
    2. All efforts shall be made to prevent the possibility of broken glass pieces, hard
    plastic, wood or metal contamination in the product and thereby causing a safety
    hazard.
    3. All tube lights, windowpanes, wall clocks and other glass items in the
    manufacturing, packing & storage areas shall be suitably protected against
    shattering by providing cover or with transparent film, fine mesh or replaced with
    plastic equivalents.
    4. Wood shall not be used in the process area. Only allowed to use in dispatch
    section.
    5. All hard plastic items like plastic crates, containers, acrylic sheets, etc. are
    inspected for damages & replaced.
    6. An unauthorized glass/wood/metal item is not allowed in the Pre-process &
    Processing Area.
    7. Use of sharp metal implement including knives, cutting bladed, needles and wires
    is restricted where scissors are used shall be controlled by QC officer though issue
    control.
    8. Snap-off blade knives shall not be used.
    9. No packaging material shall have stapled.
    10. Steeples pins and paper clips shall not be taken or used in pack house area.
