1. You are a hotel receptionist who works at the Ed Padjadjaran hotel Bogor West
Java, a four-star hotel located in the center of Bogor City. The tasks carried out by
the hotel reception are:
• handle individual walk-in guests using the cash payment method
• Handling individual guest departures,
• Process financial transactions.
• Handling reception administration,
• Handling individual guest room bookings by phone

Carry out these tasks as well as possible by using and paying attention to work
safety in the workspace, showing good and polite attitude and communication and
showing assigned performance by using the appropriate form within the allotted
time.

2. You are a receptionist who works at the De Pajajaran hotel, Bogor, West Java, a
four-star hotel located in the center of the city. You must be able to promote
existing products and facilities to guests according to the hotel information fact
sheet provided or please imagine yourself about the hotel information and services.
Carry out the task with a good attitude and communication, polite and friendly
within the allotted time.
