How to cook carbonara ?
Ingredients:
-4 large eggs
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt -3 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
-1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
-4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
-1/2 pound uncooked spaghetti

Sbattere insieme le uova, il Parmigiano Reggiano, il pepe e il sale in una ciotola media. Mettere da parte.
In una padella grande a fuoco medio, riscaldare l'olio d'oliva. Cuocere fino a quando l'aglio è aromatico,
circa 1 minuto.
Versare la miscela di uova sulla pasta e mescolare per 2 minuti, o fino a quando le uova sono cotte e la
salsa è cremosa.
