Local Offices Work Together with Central Support

ACGI Shipping is headquartered at Vancouver, B.C. At this office you will find senior management, our
centralized accounting department, and also our IT department. With a staff of 35 the Vancouver office
provides support to all Port Service Centers.

Our management system provides coastal consistency while also allowing each office to tailor their
services to the unique needs of their customers and the port. Each office has a General Manager who is
also part of the operations team and reports to senior management for operational and administrative
support and review.

Our Cargo Services divisions are also headquartered at our Vancouver office and include a full time Port
Captain and a Supercargo on staff to meet the cargo supervision needs of our customers. We also offer
a comprehensive freight forwarding and cargo logistics division that operates under the name
of ACGI Cargo Logistics.

To facilitate communication with our customers we have a company wide communication and
computer system with coastal redundancy backup that allows fast recovery in the event of a natural
disaster or other threats. To streamline our processes we have centralized most vessel accounting
