1.0 Rationale:
Red bull is an energy drink created in 1987 by Dietrich Mateschitz.
Red Bull is the most popular energy drink in the whole world. In 2012, there
were more than 5 billion cans sold around the world. The company’s slogan is
“Red Bull gives you wings”, meaning that it will give you energy.

1. Red Bull is an Austrian company that curates energy drinks. Top athletes,
students, and those in high-demand professions, as well as people who drive
long distances, love Red Bull Energy Drink.
2. Red Bull is the world’s leading manufacturer of energy drinks through its Red
Bull brand. Its energy drink is exclusively produced in Austria and consumed in
more than 100 countries worldwide - throughout Europe and many parts of
North and South America, Africa and Australia.
3. It is the most popular energy drink brand as of 2019. Originally available only
in a single nondescript flavour sold in a tall and slim blue-silver can, called Red
Bull Energy Drink.
2. B-group vitamins-
• There are two types of vitamins: fat soluble and water soluble.
Red Bull contains water-soluble vitamins.
• Water-soluble vitamins do not get stored as much in the body as fat-
soluble vitamins.
• These B-group vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding
metabolism, such as the build-up and break-down of carbohydrates
and proteins, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
3. Sugar-
• Sugars are well known carbohydrates and can be found in many
foodstuffs from fruits and fruit juices to other beverages including
energy drinks.
• Carbohydrates are basic nutrients consumed in the daily diet, and
whether found in fruits or Red Bull Energy Drink, your body
processes these sugars the same way.
• Red Bull Energy Drink contains 11 g of sugars per 100 ml.
5. Water-
• Water is a main ingredient of Red Bull, which is sourced locally at
our production sites.
3. Drinking red bull increases brain and physical activity for 2 – 3 hours.
4. Contains mood enhancers that also have the potential to combat diseases
like cancer
6. It gives you wings which means, it provides nutrients such as the amino acid
taurine and some B vitamins.
7. Caffeine has increases heart rate to give energy boost when you feel tired
and drained already. These benefits are what the makers of Red Bull energy
drink are focusing on.
The table below shows that a 12 fluid ounce serving of Red Bull has 114 milligrams
of caffeine versus 34 milligrams for the same size serving of Coke. In other words,
there is over three times the amount of caffeine in Red Bull compared to Coke.
Monster and Red Bull are two of the most popular drinks out there.
There are many minor differences between the two that make people prefer
one over the other. For one Monster’s can size is sixteen ounces and Red Bull is
served in a twelve ounce can. Monster energy has a whopping 54 grams of sugar
compared to Red Bull only has 37 grams. thus giving Monster a sweeter taste. The
caffeine level in both drinks is extremely high.
Monster tops it off with a massive 89 milligrams of caffeine and Red Bull has
111miligrams. In comparison, an average cup of coffee has 95 milligrams.
There is also a minor price difference that sets apart the two
products. Monster energy drink sells for around three dollars while Red Bull can
sell for almost five dollars per can.
Many Titans prefer Red Bull over Monster because Red Bull is faster to
drink. “In my opinion I like Red Bull better because its faster to drink due to the
size of the bottle and it makes me feel alive” senior Ryan Carlson Said. Carlson is
not the only titan that prefers red bull. Many Titans also think Red Bull tastes better
“Red Bull simply tastes better than monster” Junior Teryn Correa states.
