WHEREAS, presented to the Bids and Awards Committee is an approved Supplemental Annual
Procurement Program 2021 with regards to the: PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES FOR SCHOOL DISASTER RISK
REDUCTION MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT;

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee, acting upon the request and considering the
Alternative Mode as embodied and appearing in the Annual Procurement Program;

NOW THEREFORE, the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE, this school, RESOLVED TO
RECOMMEND TO THE SCHOOL OFFICER IN CHARGE TO ENTER INTO ALTERNATIVE PROCUREMENT
WHICH IS SHOPPING.

DONE at Agdangan, Baao, Province of Camarines Sur this 4 th day of April 2022.
