Wellness Camp
Wellness Camp
Rationale:
Since students get busy with their studies, they tend to forget to maintain their bodies in
good health. The majority of them get tired easily because their body is in poor condition.
Their bones and muscles are not flexible enough to execute their tasks because of less
engagement of the student in physical activities. Their body is used to sitting for a long
period while doing their paper works. Due to heavy workloads with their studies, they did not
perform any exercise to keep their physical body in a good state. Thus, it leads to poor body
strength and less productivity. Concerning this, “Wellness Camp” is a program that aims to
improve the physical strength of the students through interactive activities. It consists of
games that require the students to use their physical strength to accomplish the given tasks.
Through this camp, the students will enjoy while executing exercises and physical activities.
Hence, it will improve the strength of their bones and muscles. Also, it may encourage the
students to be engaged with sports and physical activities as they enjoy the flow of the
program. So it is a win-win for the students since they have fun and improve their physical
body at the same time.
