Abstract:-

The purpose of this research paper is to analyse the development and impact of a hotel renting app. The
hotel renting app is a platform that allows users to book hotel rooms, apartments, villas, and other
accommodation types in a seamless manner. The app is designed to provide a user-friendly interface
and a range of features that enhance the user experience. In this paper, we discuss the development

Currently the most property managers manage property and tenants’ details on papers. With the
current system recording the details of various activities of user is completely manual and entails a lot of
paper work. Each house has a file that contains the house: number, size, rent per month, expected
deposit, occupant and status. Rent payment table contains tenants: first name, last name, phone
number, date of payment, amount and balance if any. The existing system only provides text based
interface which is not as user friendly as Graphical user interface. Since the system is implemented
manually, the response is very slow. Hence, there is need of reformation of the system with more
advantages and flexibility. The system eliminates most of the limitations of the existing system. The
objectives of the plan are: • To eliminate the paper based work. • To save the time of both the tenant
and landlord. • To help people, especially students, to find budget friendly and silent environment.

Proving efficiency

After the long survey we realized there were a lot of loopholes where rectification was needed and ( app
ya program) is serving in order to deal deal with () and so on

This website is being developed on windows operating system and is available on desktop system having
windows operating system.

Operating System : Windows 10 , Windows 11 , Python 3.0 , Django 4.1.

The main limitation of this project is that there is no payment gateway option.

The database of this application is limited.
