The purpose of organizational training is to develop skills and knowledge of employees so that
they can perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

5 Process Description
5.2 Inputs
● Training Requirement Submitted by PMs, SMs or Management
● Training Requirement needed by any specific project
● Training Requirement from employees of the company
In case there is new requirement proposed by Project Manager or process owners in the
middle/anytime during financial year, TRAINING PLAN or Schedule would get updated
accordingly.
● External Training – these trainings are being conducted by third party being paid
by Dreamline; vendor[s] are informed to share trainer skills/experience basis
which he/she would deliver training at Dreamline.
5.4 Verification
Training consists of in-house training, seminars or workshops designed to help establish
organizational excellence in every area of a business. Feedback is collected as and when
required.
