In this 14th episode, the situation starts with excitement or suspicion of one of the
patients carrying MERS disease which can infect anyone, including medical staff. And on the
other hand, a doctor named Dr. Kang experienced unconsciousness, a male nurse explained

condition, it can be seen that there is a high level of concern among medical personnel who
take good care of Doctor Kang.
On the other hand, in the ER, doctor Yun is treating several patients. Doctor Yun
ordered one of the nurses to give propacetamol and antibiotics intravenously to one of the
patients and the nurse did it right away. Then, there is a man who is a patient's family,
emotional to medical personnel with the intention that he wants to be sent home immediately
because he is afraid of the contagious MERS disease, as well as a woman outside the
emergency room who also forced to enter because she wanted to see her child. Here, it can be
seen how the involvement of nurses and doctors in providing an explanation or form of giving
a good understanding to the patient's guardian. One nurse said gently to the mother who was

surgical equipment, and also maintain good communication in the collaboration. However,
during the operation, Doctor Do, who performed the surgery, made a slight mistake where he
took the wrong tool, and Doctor Kim was a little emotional because of Doctor Do's actions.
However, a nurse neutralizes the condition by helping to give Doctor Do the correct tools and
explaining to Doctor Kim that Doctor Do may have forgotten what he was going to do. Here
we can see, professional nurses are able to maintain the emotions of other medical personnel
in their work that involves the lives of other people.
Conclusion about nurses in the episode:
1. Professional nurses are able to provide good, swift, fast and precise service to the
patients they treat.
2. Nurses can create good communication with doctors in explaining the patient's
condition in detail and precisely. In episode 14, I can see that every doctor asks the
nurse about the progress of the patient's condition, the nurse can explain well with the
data she has done to the doctor.
3. Nurses are able to be a doctor's assistant during surgery and understand what he is
doing. For example, alertness in providing surgical tools.
4. The nurse in the episode proves caring or a real form of caring, for example, a nurse
who cares for the patient and her family who has not had breakfast, then a nurse who
gives a blanket to the patient to maintain the patient's health condition.
5. Between nurses and other medical personnel must be able to increase more knowledge
and good teamwork for patient safety.
