INTRODUCTION
Algia Cafe is built to provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere

where the customer can receive quality drinks and service at
reasonable price; it will also offer a variety of choice to the
customers.
Algia Café is located along hi-way, Brgy. Bagay, Tuguegarao City

just beside Iglesia ni Cristo and near at SM City, Tuguegarao. It is
expected to open on January 23,2023.
The goal of Algia Cafe is to ensure a friendly and comfortable

atmosphere. To serve the best quality and most interesting varieties
of coffees. To offer free delivery service in schools, office and
home.
The Mission of Algia Cafe is to create an extraordinary coffee

experience. To make sure that their customers will enjoy and be happy.
Its vision is to improve the lives of their guests. To support the
communities,that they will serve and to promote their common humanity.
The Algia Cafe is planning to improve their interior design of

the building and focus on projecting a relaxed atmosphere.
Products and Services

Algia cafe will be a full-service 24/7 and will offer high quality
of coffee at a very reasonable price. All drinks are made with high
quality ingredients.

Pricing
The drinks will be in the moderate range and comparable to other
coffee houses in the area. The cost will be determined by not only
what the going rate in the area, but also by the percentage of actual
cost of the coffee. The price will not only be competitive, well
presented, and large portions will be served in a relaxing atmosphere
where the customer will be comfortable. The image projected by the
pricing will be that the customer will be getting a fair value for
their money; that they do not need to be rich to drink at Algia
cafe and anyone can afford to come in.

Pricing Strategy:
 We will offer three sizes of drinks, small Php60.00, medium
Php80.00 and large Php100.00.

Market Analysis
There is a lot of coffee shop in Tuguegarao City but Algia cafe
is one of the best coffee shops in town. The coffee shop industry is
nationally very big, but in Tuguegarao City the nearest one is more
than 3 or 4 miles away. We can say that, our coffee has uniqueness,
which will lead our business towards success and with the new
innovations we will make changes in our ingredients and introduce new
recipes.

Market Strategy
Algia cafe will emphasize its name not only in town but all over
the world. Our location will play an important role for our cafe
because it determines the ambiance of the cafe. The designing of Algia
cafe will attract the customer and will feel the beauty of the shop.
Our target audiences are students, friends, artists and families of
all ages, who want to relax at nice, quiet and cozy place. One of our
biggest competitors is “8th Avenue coffee shop” with a “Tea room”. Our
friendly environment and low pricing strategy will be the key to our
success.
