INFO : INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS / REPLACEMENT


- DRUM / : REF 4241
- BELT Cleaning blade: REF 4621
Abnormality:
DRUM
Drum cleaning blade flipping because the OPC surface hasn’t been
lubricated, creating the following Errors:
C-2211 YELLOW C-2212 MAGENTA
C-2213 CYAN C-2214 BLACK

Identical issues but different codes:
C-4520 / C-4522

Steps to follow:

USE MGI’STACLCUM POWDER réf 4768

OPC BELT CLEANING BLADE réf : 4621

Apply talcum power along the blade to create a


talc film which will serve as lubrication when
the blade engages to the OPC Belt.

DRUM UNIT réf 4241

Apply talcum power along the drum’s surface


and manual rotate them counterclockwise and
clockwise
Warning: Do not expose the drum to a direct
light source more than 5 mins, that may
damage your Drums.
