    Pe un format A3 se vor desena cele trei elemente din ansamblul ROTOR (indrumar pg 133-134); desenarea se va face cu
    ajutorul cunostintelor acumulate la Cursul 1; se vor folosi comenzile: UCS / LINE / CIRCLE / RECTANGLE
    ZOOM / PAN .
    Coordonatele punctelor cerute se vor da de la tastatura:
    - coordonate absolute - cand punctul se raporteaza la originea UCS: x,y;
    - coordonate relative - cand punctul se raporteaza la ultimul punct: @x,y;
    - coordonate polare - cand punctul se raporteaza la ultimul punct: @lungimea segmentului < unghi facut de segm. cu OX
