Dulo’t Simula is a spoken poetry wherein Zuela Herrera wrote and

delivered it. This spoken poetry was about love. The elements that shown
in the spoken poetry was the poet used a figurative language, there are
also a line and stanza, rhyme, and rhyme scheme and in the poetry, there
was also rhythm and meter. How does Zuela Herrera apply it when she
delivered her spoken poetry? I will tell you about it. Zuela Herrera used
figurative language in her spoken because she compare so ther thing to
one another. For instance, the line “Tuwing nilalamon ng buwan ang araw
sa papawirin, pero ni minsan hindi nagtatagumpay sa dalang sinag ng
bagong umaga”.For me, these lines only saying that even we encounter
failures always remember that there is a new opportunity. The poet used a
figurative language, and she was not direct to the point because she wants
her readers or listeners to think about the hidden lessons. In a poetry, there

The title of the spoken word poetry was “Dulo’t Simula” and was written and
performed by Zuela Herrera with the accompaniment of the background
music from the music artist named SUD. From what I have watched, I think this
poem is about the romance of the two person we saw on the screen. We experience
the performance and the video from the point of view of the woman and we were
exposed to what the woman felt however we didn’t get to see the perspective from
the man that featured in this video. Every time I watch and listen to this spoken
word poetry, I feel calm because her voice was really soothing to the ears. The
background music, which was an instrumental from the guitar, was very delightful
to listen at. As a fellow guitar player, I recognize what a good and a bad guitar
playing sounds like and the music from this video was definitely a top tier guitar
strumming. Also as a fellow film enthusiast, the camerawork on this video was
very splendid and it could really catch the eye of someone who will watch it. From
the poem itself, it had a little bit of tagalog words which I couldn’t understand but
from the voice of the woman, I could really feel her emotions.

The one line I particularly enjoyed, “tuwing nilalamon ng buwan ang araw sa
papawirin, pero ni minsan hindi nagtagumpay sa dalang sinag ng bagong umaga”
For me this line merely serve to remind what even we fail, there is always a new
opportunity. The poet was not direct to the point because she wants her reader or
listeners to think about the hidden lessons. A stanza line are constantly therein

4. What makes spoken poetry similar to or different from other poetry
forms?.
Spoken word poetry is a very accessible art form - while traditional written poetry can be
complex in language and meaning, spoken word poetry is more direct and
straightforward. The references are often easier to catch, and there are few hidden
meanings, which makes it more intelligible for the average audience.

For instance, the line “Tuwing nilalamon ng buwan ang araw sa papawirin,
pero ni minsan hindi nagtatagumpay sa dalang sinag ng bagong
umaga”.For me, these lines only saying that even we encounter failures
always remember that there is a new opportunity. The poet used a figurative
language, and she was not direct to the point because she wants her
readers or listeners to think about the hidden lessons. In a poetry, there

The one line I particularly enjoyed, though I cannot claim that it is the best
in the piece, is:
Lalapit ka at muling sasabihing, “pakiramdam ko nakilala na kita”
susundan mo ng, “bakit nakatingin silang lahat sa'ting dalawa?”
ngingiti ako at sasabihing, “Mahal hayaan lang natin sila.”
This statement alone gave me chills, but hearing it delivered by the poet
was incredible. That's a beautiful stanza, my favorite portion of the poem.
My interest in this topic is not due to any prior experience with or familiarity
with its subject matter. I picked it because the "reincarnation" theme
reminds me of a movie I've seen. Although I do not share your experience,
I do know how you feel. A state of bliss comparable to floating on air can be
attained when one is in the company of one's beloved.
But when it seems like everyone and everything is against you and your
partner, it's not fun. That moment when you know you should be with that
individual but the outside world disagrees with your decision. Although you
and your partner had a rough go of it in your last existence, you both keep
coming back to one
other. In such a case, all you can be sure of is that you will do whatever it
takes to be with that person and that you will eventually find that person in
a future life, even though your ultimate fate will remain the same. Despite
the pressures of society, you continue to believe that you two will find
happiness together.
