Fuji Synapse PACS Quick Guide for Providers

Use your IU Health User Name and 4. Select the patient


Password to access Fuji Synapse PACS
Enter the patient’s MRN

7. Viewing Comparisons: From Power Jacket, double click on


another exam and it will display as a comparison OR select the comparison

exam and then click Compare


3. Select Folder 8. Image Tools
‘All Recent Studies
with Images’ Image tools include Window Levels,
displays studies Zoom, Ruler, Text and more
with images from
past 7 days.
To access Image Tools: Rt click on
‘All Studies’ an image
displays studies
more than 7 days
old

Accessing Images from Cerner PowerChart:


The ‘Image Link’ icon is available in PowerChart for Radiology Studies with images.
 It can be found on the toolbar once the Radiology exam is opened from Results Review, Clinical Notes or the ED Tracking
Shell.
 Double clicking the ‘Image Link’ icon will load the images associated to the selected exam.
