Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a part of the engine room of our service delivery
capabilities. You will be trained to make an impact within certain areas of specialization. To be
successful in this role, you will need to learn new skills quickly, and be able to apply them
competently.

Roles and Responsibilities


● Complete tasks assigned to you within your areas of specialization in a timely and
professional manner
● Ensure that submissions and accompanying documentation for completed tasks are
complete and accurate
● Areas of specialization can include, but are not limited to:
○ Email and calendar management
○ Travel planning
○ Research
○ Business reports
● Ensure that the company’s service standards are being met
● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
● If assigned a leadership role, manage the work and performance of other Administrative
Assistants

Requirements
● Professional-level written and spoken English Communication
● Willing to undergo extensive training for the role
● Tenacious and resourceful
● Keen attention to detail
● Tech-Savvy and the ability to learn new technologies very quickly
● In-depth understanding of MS Tools (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and G-Suite (Calendar,
Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
● Experience using a variety of chat tools, like WhatsApp, Viber, Slack, etc.
● Outstanding organizational and time management skills
● Discretion and confidentiality
● Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
● A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
● Able to work well and thrive in a team environment
