Client profile: Teufelberger Ges is a global producer of steel wire ropes for ropeways & cranes & is
active in the extrusion of plastic strapping products. This support project was carried out to
support new needs as well as their regular business operations in the SAP production system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Addressing the day-to-day production support issues in accordance with the SLA and
handling improvements in accordance with the business's priority.
 Worked on MASS and XD99 transactions and assisted users with bulk data uploads and
changes as needed.
 Working on CRs related to SD and other modules with which SAP SD has interaction.
 Providing inputs to the technical team on development changes, providing them with test
data and any necessary clarifications of the business logic.

Client profile: Zagrebacki abrazivi is the sole manufacturer of coated abrasives in jumbo rolls
which can be used in everyday life and in the industry alike, for manual or machine sanding which
are mainly used for finishing of all kinds of materials (wood, metal, plastic materials, paint, varnish,
leather, rubber etc.). The SAP S/4HANA agile activation approach for standard core modules was
used to complete this green field implementation project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 As a consultant, worked on all the phases of implementation for Sales & Distribution using
activate methodology.
 Understanding the business processes such as the sales process, delivery process, billing
process and returns process, from the client's point of view.
 Data migration from a legacy system to a SAP system was done using LSMW.
 Configured account groups for customer masters & extended customers, materials to new
sales areas.
 Configured a number of documents for the Order to Cash (OTC) Business Process, including
a sales order document, a delivery document and a billing document.
 Preparation of Business Process Documentations for SD module as per the client
requirements.
 Configured Item Categories and Schedule Lines Categories as per business requirements.
 Tested the customised pricing method and worked on pricing procedures (condition
categories, access sequence, and price procedure determination)
 Configured Condition supplement and Condition Exclusion groups in Pricing.
