Development of a Comprehensive System
II. Area of Research: Web-based System Development
III. Project Description: The project aims to develop a web-based system that will ameliorate the
current processes of borrowing items and inventory management at XU PPO. The scope of this
project will have a part where personnel from the PPO are able to manage inventory items and
accept/reject requests, as well as a platform where the student organizations can make requests to
borrow specific items.
IV. Importance / Significance of the study: The project will significantly enhance the efficiency
and streamline the process of borrowing items and the process of inventory management of PPO
where it will potentially yield better efficiency, improved accuracy, and enhanced user experience
for various stakeholders.
