    Open the sealing water to the bowl until water flows from the waste water outlet. Then open the de-sludge water and bowl opening water, listening for a characteristic sound. Start the purifier and wait for the rpm and temperature to reach optimum levels. Open the feed and re-circulation valve to purify the dirty oil, adjusting the throughput and back pressure according to the manual specifications. Change the clean oil filling valve to the service tank to begin operation.

    Close feed.

    Open the sealing water to the bowl. 


    Sealing water should be kept open till the water comes out of the waste water
    outlet.
    Now open the de-sludge water/bowl opening water. 
    During de-sludge we can hear a characteristic sound at the opening of the bowl. 
    Startup:
    Wait for purifier rpm to reach rated.
    Give operating water.
    Now give sealing water for about 5 sec.
    Open the 3-way re-circulation valve such that the dirty oil feed is fed into the
    purifier. 
    Wait for the back pressure to build up & optimum temp. 
    Check for overflowing of dirty-oil through waste water outlet & sludge port. 
    Now adjust the throughput to a value specified in the manual. 
    Correspondingly adjust the back pressure, too. Now the purifier is put into
    operation. 
    Change over the clean-oil filling valve to service tank
