After the training, I learned that OJT is not just a requirement to be completed but it is

an opportunity to show what skills, knowledge and talents that I have and also an opportunity

to experience the feeling of being a professional today. Aside from the experiences that I had

relating to my course, this OJT allowed me to meet professionals in the different workforce.

Being with them is a pleasure because I was working with them during my stay as their

trainee. They kept on encouraging and motivating me to study hard and to do my best

always.

I really had a very meaningful and memorable OJT at ESSU main Security Services,

Borongan City Police Station, Borongan Jail Management and Penology Office, Borongan

City Fire Station which I will cherish and consider especially the inputs and trainings they

provided to me that would be helpful in my journey in becoming a uniformed policewoman

someday.

With the trainings I had from the different fields of work I could say that I am ready to

the job once I passed the course and the licensure examination. The OJT I had was effective

as it enhanced my skills, attitude and values which are good preparations towards a more

complicated journey ahead. I thank all the people behind the success of my on the job

trainings.
CAREER PLAN

At the end of my professional career, I want to be recognized as someone that made positive

difference in the lives of the people and the organization that I was associated with. I know I will have

to work hard to get this recognition and I am willing to put forth the necessary effort I intend to

approach everything I do with positive attitudes, lot of enthusiasm and a desire to “make a difference”.

After graduation it is on my plans to accomplish everything, my narrative report on the OJT

that I had, secure my clearance at ESSU so I can process my transcript of records and be ready for

the next steps on my career. If I finished all the requirements have handed with me my TOR, I will now

prepare myself for a review in preparation for the licensure examination for criminologist. If ever I got

the chance to be in the review process, I will strongly commit to be dedicated, serious and patient in

attending my review classes.

While on review, I will apply from the PRC for the licensure examination so that if I finish my

review I will take the criminology licensure examination. If I pass the examination, I will process the

needed documents for my application on the entrance to the Philippine National Police. Once

accepted and have passed the series of tests as part of the recruitment process my career of being a

policewoman will start.

After two years, I am seeing myself as member of the men and women in the Philippine

National Police. I know within two years I will be on the training process if admitted and have

passed in the series of tests as part of the selection and recruitment process of the PNP. I will take

that opportunity to do my best and apply the trainings I gained from my OJT.

The two years span of time would be very crucial and critical on my part because I would be

facing challenges from licensure examination and to application for admission once given the reward

from the Almighty Father, who is the give and provider of all.

After five years, I am hoping and believing that I will champion victoriously the processes of

recruitment and after the trainings I will now be a full-fledged policewoman. Assignment of stations

would never be an issue for me. I would be more thankful on any assignment I could have. I will obey

my superiors and always be a good follower.

After five-year journey to me would be a time for me to love and embrace my work, show my

potentials and engage on the real work which is no longer an OJT. Perhaps it would be a year for

adjustments and acquiring new knowledge and experiences on the field of work.
After 10 fruitful years, I am hoping that I have my own family and children to raise. My life and

my career would not be complete if I have no family of my own. Of course, it is part of my career plans

to become a mother of my children and a wife to my husband.

Ten years or more, it will also be my dreams of engaging myself for professional growth. I will

attend seminars, trainings or schoolings to enhance my knowledge, skills and potentials so that in

time I will gain promotions from my work. The value of integrity, service and values will always be my

guide and the mantra of “Doing good every day, wherever I may be”.
