Q1: what are qualities mettings need to be effective ?

-having a leader

First, I thinks meeting need a good leader. He will keep the meeting going well

-having a started purpose

Second, I think a meetings should have a target and


I think meeting need Starting and finishing on time
because it will bring better work for everyone. Beside
that, It's show about respect between people. If
someone is late it will make others wait, it's not good
and a good leader is one who respects everyone's time

-Having shorter instead of longer

Third, the meeting should not be too long because it


makes everyone tired. a meeting needs information, for
example: "pictures, reports, figures, numbers"

- having an agenda ( should be sent out 24 huor beforehand)

Finally, leader need send information about the


location, date and time of the meeting to everyone 1-2
days before the meeting

between people. If someone is late it will make others
wait, it's not good. Finally, a good leader is one who
respects everyone's time

no one likes.next, I think I need learn more knowledge in free

example: co-worker, teacher, friend,….
. and lastly, don't give up when you fail

Fashion streets are dying because


I see people like to online shoping, Now you can buy
everything on e-commerce platforms( tiktok shop,
shoppe,…) In the past, people needed to go to
supermarkets and mega mall center to shop but now
they only need phones to shop. people spend more
money than for shopping. and i see people now using
digital applications to pay (digital banking, momo,
shoppe pay)

-consumers prefer using mobile first

- it’s popular to use voice search

Q6 what are the most common stressfull siuatation in your opinion ?

-leading a formal meetings

-asking your bos for a pay rise

-writing a report with a tight deadline

-talking a bout doing business in english

In my opinion there are few stressful situations in life


is :first is writing a report with a tight deadline. When i
writing reports with tight deadlines, I need to stay up
more at night. I drink more coffee and tea to stay awake.
and It's not good for health. and I was very nervous
because I was afraid of making a mistake in the report
Next,talking about doing business in english. because
English is very difficult for me, many words are long and
difficult. So when I talk about work in English, I'm very
strees because I'm afraid that my co-worker cant
understand me.
Question 7: What are the most common causes of stress at work? 
 Being overloaded 
 Lack of control over working activities 
 Working hours 
 Controlling style of managers 
 Conflict with managers or colleagues 

I think there are several causes of stress at work


are.The first is work overload, when a person has
to do too many things at once, they become
stressed
Next, working too much overtime can also cause stress.
then you will have less time to relax. After all, man is
not just a working machine
Controlling style of managers Can make cause stress. for
example: "tight deadlines, disrespect to staff,..." Besides,
factors such as weather, salary,... also cause stress

Question 8: What are the factors considered before starting a business? 


 A business idea 
 The targeted market 
 Total project costs 
 Competition 
 Law, rules and regulations 
 Staff or manpower 

I think first we need a business idea, That idea


needs to solve a problem in life and needs to be
expand to many city,….. Next is the target market,
you need to know what product you make and who you
sell it to. the total project cost must be balanced, if the
cost is too high then it is easy to fail. You need money
for buy machine, fatory, hire workte . You need know
about humanpower, how many people are needed, ,
level of humanpower, positions need to be considered.
Lasttly and most important is your idea need to be
legal.

 
Question 9: What are qualities needed to succeed in sales? 
 Honesty 
 Interpersonal skills ( listening, prolem solving, ability to deal with people) 
 Confidence 
 Knowing the product 

A successful salesperson is an honest person, if


you cheat your customers you will fail. Listening
and problem-solving skills are also required. You
need to understand who your customers are and what
they want.and finally you have to understand about
the product you are selling, you need to give
information to convince customers to buy that
product
 
Question 10: What should companies do to encourage new ideas? 
 Give employees complete freedom to offer ideas 
 Reward for the great ideas 
 Provide incentives 
 Welcome ideas from all levels of organization 
 Don’t punish people for bad ideas 

To encourage new ideas, companies need to give


employees creative freedom. well-deserved rewards for
great ideas. Besides, the company needs to provide
support for that project or idea. Managers need to listen
to all ideas from people. Finally, I don't think
companies should punish someone for a bad idea
