A Case Study on ZARA’s Digital Strategy and Transformation

This case study examines Zara’s current retail strategy and digital transformation.

It details Zara’s current in-store and eCommerce retail strategy, the impact of digital on

the retail environment and customer experience, and the importance of the eCommerce

opportunity. By providing a competitive analysis of the current market, this paper presents

key opportunities, strategic questions, and possible solutions for retail brands to improve

their digital strategy.
