Scope and Limitations
This study will be focusing on Café Uno’s increasing value creation of ambiance ,product quality and
service quality to foster costumers satisfaction. This study will aim to gather 13 respondents who are
costumers of Café Uno within the Muntinlupa area. We will conduct a face to face interview, And for
the questionnaire a semi structured type is best for our study because A semi-structured interview is a
data collection method that relies on asking questions within a predetermined thematic framework.
this study will not include other coffee shops in Muntinlupa only Café Uno’s marketing stratergy,
management and quality aspects that the business is up to.
this study will not include other coffee shops in Muntinlupa only Café Uno’s effectiveness in putting
up acoffee shop and the marketing strategies applied totheir establishment and the impact of this
strategies to their business targets.
