To: All Officials and Employees in the OVM, OSSS and OSP

Subject: Enjoining all Concerned to Implement Energy Conservation Program

In line with the implementation of the RA 11285 or the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act which
recommends to conserve and regulate the distribution; and use of power and energy and ensure its
adequate supply.

The following actions/measures shall be immediately implemented:

1. Lights, computer units and other office electrical equipment shall be switched on not earlier
than 8 am and shall be switched off during lunch break and shall be switched on from 1 pm – 5
pm.
2. Air conditioning units and lights at the Audio Visual Room and the SP Session Hall shall be turned
off at the end of every meeting/session.
3. Use of lobby lights at night shall be limited to 50% of the previous consumption and what is
necessary for safety and security reasons.
