Executive Summary:
Assisto Home Care & Service is a start-up organization based in Bangladesh.
We, the team of Assisto, specializes in 4 branches of services like Car wash,
Plumbing, Electrical service, and House shifting service. By offering a
professional, reliable, and effective service, Assisto Home Care & Service
will rapidly grow their business.

From the beginning, Assisto has laid out some ambitious goals. The first is to
always meet the need of the customer with simple and perfect solution.
Exceeding customer’s expectations will ensure repeat business and word of
mouth referrals. The second goal is to raise the customer base by 20% each
year. The third is to achieve cash sustainability before the end of the first one.
The final objective is to have a 20% conversion rate of prospective customers
into clients. To start off this full proof and potential company, our 5 partners
have already managed to invest almost 90 lakhs (BDT 9,000,000) altogether,
holding 12 percent of the company’s ownership each. We are expecting to
collect almost 60 lakhs (BDT 6,000,000) from our investor(s). With full
potential, this company will handle all sorts of general household and other
day to day problems in the most professional manner.

Our management setting is the responsibility of its executive managers, who

direct the administration of their respective departments. Assisto will be
spread the news about the launch through a range of media tools to gain trust
and acceptance fast. Advertising will be one of the most important
promotional resources. We will go for two types of advertisements: TV news
and Paid Advertisements.

Assisto Home Care & Service is an exciting opportunity that combines our
tam’s skills and passion with an unmet need in day-to-day problems. Our
company’s profit margin will be more than 5% in year 1 and almost 10% in
year 2. Assisto will generate over BDT 28,320,000 in sales by the end of year
one and BDT 33,984,000 by the end of year 2.

Assisto Home Care & Service is a soon to be launched venture by 5
entrepreneurs located in Bangladesh. Assisto will offer home services in 4
branches, which are: Car wash, Electrical services, Plumbing & House
Shifting. We will offer all the services with full professionalism and care.
Our firm will be going after the part of the market who are in need of proper
and instant service. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is quite risky to solve
complex household problems with a specialist. And that is why we are
bringing the safest and most reliable service for the customers.

The business will be operated by the 5 partners and their team initially. The
executive managers will be responsible for all the company activities and
client management.

Assisto will be starting off with an initial capital of 1.5 crores (BDT
15,000,000) as a partnership business organization.

Assisto Home Care & Service is an on-demand household and maintenance

service platform in Bangladesh. Assisto is a Web & Mobile based platform
where customers can get their required service personnel. This platform is
also considered as a network for local service professionals which has 4
major services,

Our mission is to provide our customers with exceptional, safe and

professional assistance that will reduce their everyday problems; provide our
employees with extraordinary challenges and fulfillment while maximizing
profit by achieving strong financial performance. We are dedicated to give
our customers the broadest range of choices, backed up by our commitment.

Our Vision is to be the leading Service Providing Platform at the domestic

level. We want to push beyond making revenue only and improve the lives of
our countrymen. Our aim is to sustain in the market and create jobs in the
country and eliminate unemployment.

Industry Type & Legal Form of Business:

The operating industry for our business is Service-Oriented Business, as we

will be providing household maintenance assistance. We will be operating
our business within the borders of Bangladesh, abiding by the rules and
regulations of Bangladesh Government.

The form of ownership of our business “Assisto Home Care & Service” is
Partnership Business. It is currently owned by 5 individuals, who are also
working as the firm’s executive members.

The Following Points Talks About the Nature of the Partnership and the
Terms of Agreement:

equal profit.

▪ By the name of the organization “Assisto Home Care & Service” the
partners have reach to a mutual agreement.

▪ By the partners, the monetary capital invested in the business has been
provided equally.

Management Team:
As mentioned earlier, our control environment is the responsibility of our
executive managers, as they supervise the management of their respective
units. They ensure that each department’s control activities, policies,
standards, and procedures reflect the positive effect of its operational and
customer support missions.

Management Operating Style:

Our executive management maintains an open door for customers and

employees, and their direct contact details are openly exchanged to ensure
quick escalation. Management ensures the day to day continuity and control
of its effectiveness. Meeting of department heads are also held frequently,
where reports from departments and information on results are exchanged.

We have recruited our members in different sections like CEO, Head of

Finance, Head of Human Resource Management, Head of Sales &
Marketing, Head of IT, Head of Operations, Customer Managers, Field
Employees.

Here is the list of departments and their responsibility to the clients:

1. Accounting & Finance Department: Dedicated to managing accounts

receivable and generate billing, along with capital distribution and
management.

2. Operation Department: Manages strategic workflows, promised time

frames, and due dates. This department oversees one of the important
parts of the organization: field staff and customer services.

3. Sales & Marketing Department: Introduces up to date marketing

strategies, initiatives, and new client sales.

Job Description & Background of the Management Team:

CEO: Intesar Maruf Apurbo is the Chief Executive Officer of Assisto Home
Care & Service. He is a very dedicated and passionate individual. He has
completed his Bachelors and Masters from Independent University,
Bangladesh in Finance. He can work with different personalities and can
make quick managerial decisions.

Head of Operation: Mustak Shahriar Fahim is the Head of Operations. He
has completed his BBA from IUB and MBA from NSU. He has a good team
working, technical and project management persona. He has full supervision
on the project requirements, operations, and client service. He is responsible
for overseeing the works of the operation managers and service team.

Head of Finance & Accounting: Mesbah Uddin Ahmed completed his BBA
from IUB. He has done a double major in Finance and Accounting during his
Bachelors. He is currently engaged as the Head of Accounts and Finance at
Assisto. He monitors all the financial inflows and outflows along with
Financial reports. He always works to reduce the financial risks and manage
the budget of the firm.

Head of HR: Zannatul Ferdaus Mitu is the head of our Human Resource
Department. She has done her BBA in HRM from Independent University,
Bangladesh. She is operational with the task of hiring and recruiting. Our
Head of HR also conducts the annual salary surveys and employee KPI
reports.

Head of Marketing & Sales: Navid Munim is managing the sales and
marketing of Assisto. He has finished his BBA from IUB in Marketing. He
determines marketing strategies and analyses the trends and results. He
maintains the sales report and meets sales targets.

Service Description:
Assisto Home Care & Service will be providing household maintenance
service to its customers. We will come up with 4 types of services, which
includes:

• Car Wash
• Plumbing
• Electrical Services
• House Shifting

You can get all these services while sitting at home without any hassle. All
you need is to contact us through our platform.

Service Details:

1. Car Wash: We are extremely thorough when performing our duties.

Our service will provide cleaning cars from both inside and outside.
We will make sure that the vehicle is hose down the loose dirt from the
exterior of cars, use cloths and sponges to rinse away the stubborn
stains or dirt, adjust water pressure in water hoses and clean the car.
Our service providers will also vacuum the car’s interior, polish and
wax both the interior, and the car’s enterior.

We will provide our service with the latest equipment like wheel
blaster, interior super clean, tire shine, sealer wax, and so on. Our
service will reduce the hassle of going to a car wash and make sure you
are protected during the pandemic situation, as our service providers
will maintain proper distance and sanitize everything perfectly.

2. Plumbing: In this section of our service, we will provide specialized
assistance in plumbing. Our service providers will interpret blueprints
and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems,
and other plumbing services. We will install pipes and fixtures, such as
sinks and commodes. For water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids, Test
plumbing systems for leaks and other problems are also available in our
service.

Our service also involves the repair or installation of gas-line and

stoves. We will provide all these services with a100% satisfaction
guarantee as we have expert service providers in our team.

3. Electrical Service: Our service team will help you with from installing
and maintaining wiring to repair any other electrical device or machine.
We will also assist in inspecting electrical components, such as

 transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems with a
variety of testing devices. Repair or replace wiring; equipment is also
there in this section.

We will be providing our service with more testing devices like

wattmeter to measure the power, signal generator to generate signals,
ammeter to measure current, leakage tester to measure leakage across
the plates of capacitors and so on.

4. House Shifting Service: Assisto also offers a hassle-free house

shifting service. Our shifting service includes packaging of goods,
transportation service, manpower for loading, and unloading and house
disinfection. As we are going through a challenging phase due to the
Covid-19 pandemic, we are also offering house disinfection.

Our service will provide the customer with everything they need for
standardized quality house shifting as we are providing the A-Z service
of shifting for our clients.

popular industry in recent times. As the demand for service providers is
getting higher day by day, it will be easy to capture the market with quality
service. The services that we are providing are available anywhere in the

customer needs to wash his/her car or fix any plumbing or electric related
problem or wants to shift house, he/she have to go out then find the labor.
Then convince them to go with him/her to their home to get the job done.

of our service and get their desired solution.

Car Wash: We are providing car was service by reaching to the customers at
their doorsteps. Our customers do not need to go to the car servicing center
and wait to get their service as we are giving the same service with just a
phone call or notification.

to solve all types of plumbing problems, which will make customers’ life
easier. Our service providers will go to the location and solve the reported
issue. The charge for each work for plumbing service is:

Launching a new service in a competitive market is one of the most

to let them know about our service, we will spread the news about the launch
through different media tools to gain popularity and trust.

Paid Advertisement: As advertisements are one of the major promotional

tools, we will be advertising our service in TV news. In our country, one of
the strongest sources of advisement is TV news. We will invite various news
channels and request them to telecast it as a part of their news.

Social Media: As our initial target customers are urban locality peoples, we
will promote our service by sponsoring on social media such as Facebook
and Instagram.

To start this fully trusted potential company, our 5 partners have already

house-hold level activity is a new concept in Bangladesh. It is often a
time-consuming problem to find out a proper technician to solve this
situation. Our platform will provide appropriate treatment to address
this unexpected hassle of our regular life.

➢ Dhaka and the municipalities that make up the Greater Dhaka Area
have a total population of over 18 million. This vast population is an
excellent for our business because plumbing and electrical service is an
essential and sensitive service for every household; any kind of
electrical or plumbing-related problem can ruin our daily life. That’s
why such types of problem, whatever it is very simple or complex, get
very high priority, which is the main focus area of this business. On
the other hand, every year a large number of private transportations are
adding in this city. We do not get enough time to conduct primary
maintenance activities for our vehicles in our busy lives. Considering
our current circumstances, introducing a whole new service concept
like this can be very popular in our community.

➢ Small investment with Low operating cost is one of the significant

strong points of this business. Our company is an online-based
company. We don’t need a massive investment in heavy infrastructure
like well-decorated offices, technical equipment, delivery facilities, etc.
Even we do not need a large number of office staff to operate our
activity. As both fixed and variable cost are very low, there is a
excellent opportunity to achieve high profitability.

 ➢ Rapid elasticity is another great feature of our business. According to
customer demand, we can expand or contract our company without any
additional investment. In the future, if we can successfully run our
business and create a brand value, then hardware business can be
another source of revenue for us. We can launch our hardware
equipment by outsourcing or by producing from our factory.

➢ For the company to achieve its status, we must secure the initial
capital. This capital will be used for start-up costs, business
development, promotion and campaign. If we are fortunate and get
