I. Objectives:
A. Content Standard: Demonstrates understanding of lines, texture, shapes and
depth, contrast (size, texture) through drawing.
B. Performance Standard: creates an artwork of people in the province/region. On-
the-spot sketching of plants trees, or buildings and
geometric line designs
C. Learning Competency/ies: Discusses what foreground, middle ground, and
background, are all about in the context of a landscape. (A3PL-Id)
Objectives:
1. Identify and describe the foreground, middle ground, and the background in a
picture of a landscape.
2. Draw a landscape that shows balance.
3. Appreciate the beauty of landscapes in the province or region through creative
drawing.
II. Content:

III. Procedure:
A. Preliminaries
Say:
Ang nahimutangan sa artist makaapekto sa gidak-on sa idibuho.
Dagko tan-awon ang butang kon kini duol kanimo. Gagmay tan-awon ang
butang kon kini layo gikan kanimo. Ang mga butang sa tunga-tunga makita
taliwala sa luyo (background) ug sa atubangan
Ang pasikaran sa balanse gipakita sa hulagway pinaagi sa
lugar sa atubangan, lugar sa tunga-tunga, ug lugar sa luyo.

B. Activity Proper
1. Motivation:
Ask the pupils to show the pictures of land formation they brought to class. Let
them say something about it. Introduce a guessing game of land formations
and
landscapes by describing their characteristics.
Ask:
a. How does the images in the foreground appear?
b. Why does the child in the fore ground look bigger than the children in the
middle ground and background?
c. Why does the child in the background look the smallest in the picture?
d. Do you think it they differ in size in real life?

3. Application:
Pamaagi:
1. Paghunahuna og usa ka talan-awon sa iyong probinsiya nga gusto nimong
idibuho.
2. Ipakita ang balanse sa imong dibuho.
3. Idibuho ang talan-awon nga magpakita sa atubangan, tung-tunga, ug luyo.
4. Kolori ang imong dibuho ug hatagi og ulohan.
